A poem for that special someone
Every day when I wake up,
the Sun shines so bright,
'tis for every sad day that she'd make up,
my lovely angel in white,
but days come when all is dark ,
and when no colour is left to see,
those days i feel we're far apart ,
Oh! how sad and lonely i'd be.
Alas came light, after dark days past,
and my loving angel stood before me,
she said i was watched over even after dusk had past,
"so now has it dawned on thee?"
Oh! How could i miss this light so bright,
a glow of love, my angel shined on me,
the very light, that needed no power of sight,
was for no one else to see!
So now i confess my longing love,
the one i feel about you so true,
that love which stretches to the stars above,
the one that makes me belong to you.
the Sun shines so bright,
'tis for every sad day that she'd make up,
my lovely angel in white,
but days come when all is dark ,
and when no colour is left to see,
those days i feel we're far apart ,
Oh! how sad and lonely i'd be.
Alas came light, after dark days past,
and my loving angel stood before me,
she said i was watched over even after dusk had past,
"so now has it dawned on thee?"

my feelings on the reactions of the bombay incident
Talking about bombing pak, blaming islam or the pak govt and also pointing out loop holes in our govt makes us nothing but the people we despise, extremists and inept politicians. We musn't forget that we are just few decades old as a nation , and yet we have fought a war and are still fighting an on going battle in Kashmir, we are fighting the problems caused by having the second largest population in the world, we are fighting many social evils and economic crisis situations. Give our country and its officials some credit for coming this far. We can compare ourselves to other developed nations and praise them all we want, but none of the others face problems such as us, do you think america would be so safe if they sat so close to the homes of terrorists as we do??? Do you think we would've been a third world country if we kept our assets and weren't plundered again and again??? Do you think western countries would have their advanced task forces and lovely governments if they, instead of fighting world wars, fought for the freedom of their COUNTRY/HOMES, parents, children, wives , relatives and friends using nothing but sticks, stones a few ancient weapons along with mere slogans that would remain infamous in 60+ years to come??? NO NO and NO !!!
We, just like how most of us are known world over, are hard working even though we earn nearly nothing... we went and are still gong through so much and we still stand strong, wether in the world's economy or in the scientific and armed sector!!!
NEVER WILL A DAY COME WHEN I WILL WISH I WASN'T AN INDIAN... AND NEVER WILL A DAY COME WHEN MY MOTHERLAND WILL FAIL IN DOING HER BEST TO PROTECT HER LOVING CHILDREN..AND FOR SURE NEVER WILL A DAY COME WHEN I WILL DOUBT MY COUNTRY,FOR I BELIEVE IN A GOD AND A SOUL, AND I BELIEVE THAT THE SOULS OF OUR MARTYRS , JUST LIKE WHEN THEY WERE ALIVE, WILL NOT REST UNTILL THE WRNGS COMMITTED UPON OR MOTHER IS MADE RIGHT!!!
But in the end i think what ever said in these posts will make no difference in the real world, racist people will remain racist, and people who love and care will always be there to lay their lives down for the victims. So instead of arguing here , we must just make sure that we know who we are. If all of us who have typed posts stating facts and blaming one and other's religions just take our hands away from our keyboards and take a good look at them , we will understand that neither allah nor jesus or the hindu gods or any other riligious creator made us any different from our brothers and sisters of other religions. Unitl we understand this likelyhood, there will be terrorism, crusades and territorial battles... Just buy a poster of our little solar system and take a good look at it, earth is our home, and no matter how many wars are fought, we are all still going to have to share it....I am a hindu who has a christian girlfriend and a muslim as one of my very close friends and im happy to say i could be called confused, but i just really don't see the difference, each of us would still give up our lives to ensure the safety of each other, and i feel thats how it should be for all of us...

Chapter 1: The Prophecy
Once a long time ago, deep within the depths of a dark forest a prophecy was made. The strange aspect of this prophecy was that it bore no witnesses. None human at least. It all began when a cursed king's lost army, would finnally succumb to their painfull deaths after days of continued battering from mother nature's forces, leaving all but one lone soldier to wander in their quest for their king and and queen. And this lone soldier would be the chosen one to speak out the dark prophecy in human tongue.
So as fate would have it , one night as the lone soldier was wandering through the forest toward the direction of the a humongus pair of mountains known to them at that time as, "The Two Monsters", he felt a strange chilling breeze that seemed to have left him light headed and feeling numbness of his legs. In a heap, the soldier thudded to the earth. Listening for any signs of approaching predators of any sort the soldier hear a ghostly whisper behind him. The coarse and shrill panting as it seemed to sound as it drew nearer to the soldier seemed to bring back the cold along with it. In shear actions of fear the soldier did not dare to look back at the approaching source of the sound and clawed frantically at the ground to keep a distance from the sound. But try as he might the voice kept drwing closer, and in a last scrambling effort the soldier rolled sideways off the pathway and fell into a ditch covered in thick under brush. The soldier had lost the ghostly voice.
As the soldier lay panting in the under brush, he sighed a soft sigh in relief, the moment, the sound left his mouth, he bodily froze. With his eyes still wide open the soldier saw, as he tried in desperation to move , a thick cloud of white smoke appeared and formed into a somewhat hooded figure. Then the bony long fingers emerging from what seemed to be the sleeve of the hooded assailaint pried the jaws of the soldier apart. The skeletal form of the attacker's head seemed to asses the soldier's mouth and without forced itself into the mouth. The soldier felt his lower jaw snap open and tear away from his cheeks.
Slowly as the soldier lay in his pool of blood seconds after having his lower jaw torn off, he seemed to almost hear his life slip out of the gaping hole that used to be his mouth, when in fact it was the ghostly attacker who used the soldier's voice box to scream out the horrid prophecy in an ih-human voice to the forest for anyone remotely near by to hear
The voice screamed ; "the day approaches when this planet itself along with its beings will shudder in fear of the single most powerful personification of evil this part of the universe has ever seen and it will take ........... - the last few elusive words to be added and comes the end of chapter one.
comments please.
